    Job Description:
    • Answer calls, chats, and respond to emails
    • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically, chat, and by email
    • Research required information using available resources
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints
    • Provide customers with product and service information
    • Enter new customer information into system
    • Update existing customer information
    • Identify and escalate priority issues
    • Route calls to appropriate resource
    • Follow up customer calls where necessary
    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
    • Complete call logs
    • Diploma or Bachelor Degre
    • Familiarity of mobile apps, and trouble shooting
    • Minimum of 1 year working experiences in Banking Call Centre, (knowledge of systems and technologies is a plus)
    • Agree to perform 24/7 shifting
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Able to demonstrates positive attitude even under pressure (ie: Hard complaints)
