    Job Summary:
    In charge to give information and assist on administrative for all employees based on company’s standard and procedures.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • To prepare new hire administrative duties, such as fingerprint, new hire kit, LAN id and ID card
    • To assist new hire candidate with medical check up arrangement and review the result
    • To ensure that all employees in branch receive all the documents/ information needed
    • To explain information details asked by employees and manage the logbook
    • To prepare announcement regarding employees and create sign up link if needed
    • To create various letter requested by employees/ by HRBP request and manage the documentation
    Job Specification:
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
    • Minimum 1 year experiences in administrative duties (experience in HR field is preferred), fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
    • Familiar with Microsoft Excel is a must
    • Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
    • Adaptable, highly flexible and able to multitask
    • Good interpersonal skill
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
